REGULATIONS

All players can participate for free in an additional game mode called Prize Drop (or Bonus Drop), active from 18:00 to 23:59 on the promotional day, on a selection of slots games shown on the promotional detail page in the “Bonus” section of Swiss4Win.ch. The mode can be activated by clicking the dedicated button directly within the promoted games starting 18 hours before the event begins (with actual activation at 18:00).

During the Prize Drop event, a total of 237 Prize Drops – packages containing Bonus Credits worth between CHF 1 and CHF 50 – will be randomly awarded to players who opt into the promotion and play one of the selected slot games. The total value awarded through the Prize Drop is CHF 500 in Bonus Credits. The minimum bet required to participate is CHF 0.20. The quantity and value of each package are detailed below:

Bonus Credit packages are awarded randomly and are not guaranteed. The player may receive multiple Prize Drops during the promotional period; however, a maximum of 15 Prize Drops per player will be awarded.

Within 24 business hours from the end of the promotion, the due Bonus Credits will be credited to the Bonus Balance of the Gaming Account. A single credit will be issued for each customer, equal to the total of all individual prizes obtained (up to the first 15 earned by the player). Prizes will be credited only to users whose Gaming Account is active at the time of crediting (not closed, suspended, or blocked).

The game account holder will receive an informational inbox message regarding the prize credit. If the credit is not processed, please contact Customer Support to request the allocation. Swiss4Win reserves the right not to credit a prize if the winnings result from an obvious issue, error, or technical malfunction (including incorrect game payout) caused by human or machine error in any of the selected games.

The Bonus can be played on the selection of games indicated in the active Bonus details in the “My Bonuses” section of Swiss4Win.ch.

Regardless of the game chosen, the single maximum total wager made with Bonus Credits, in a single game, is CHF 5. Before the Bonus can be withdrawn (converted to Real Balance), it is subject to a play requirement of 1 time the Bonus amount, attainable by playing the respective games selected for the Bonus credits playthrough and found in the details of the active Bonus..
