REGULATIONS
All players with a validated Gaming Account* who receive the notification (via email or pop-up) and make a deposit of exactly CHF 30 and then complete – within the promotional period – bets with Real Balance for a total amount of at least CHF 30 will share equally in a prize pool of CHF 1'500 in real cash. In addition, they will participate in a random draw of 5 winners who will be entitled to receive CHF 50 in real money in their gaming account once a month for 12 consecutive months, for an additional prize pool of CHF 3,000. The total prize pool for the promotion is CHF 4,500.
Only the first deposit of exactly CHF 30 will be considered valid for participation. Participation in the promotion is automatic for any user with a validated Gaming Account* who meets the criteria of the rules during the established promotional period. The user may refuse to participate by contacting Customer Service.
Once the first bet has been placed following the deposit, the player will receive a pop-up message informing them about the promotion. Once the total required stake has been reached, an additional pop-up message and an inbox will confirm participation in the Giveaway.
This promotion is limited to the first 1,000 players who make a deposit. Each player is only eligible to participate once. Players will be informed via a pop-up if the participant limit has been exceeded once the deposit has been completed. In this case, the player will not be eligible to participate.
Within the third working day following the end of the promotion, the following will take place:
- The first prize pool of CHF 1,500 in real money will be awarded, divided equally among all participants in the promotion. Individual amounts will be rounded down to CHF 0.01. Only participants with a validated* and active Gaming Account at the time of distribution (not closed, suspended or blocked) will be considered eligible. Players will be awarded a real money prize, credited to the Real Balance of their Gaming Account. If it is not credited correctly, please contact Customer Service to request the award.
- A random draw of 5 participants who will win the second prize pool of CHF 3,000 in real cash.
By participating in the promotion, the player formally accepts the awarding of a real cash prize. The draw will be carried out using an independent and documented RNG mechanism: all participants with a validated* and active Gaming Account at the time of the draw (not closed, suspended or blocked) will be randomly sorted into a ranking, and the top 5 users in the ranking will be declared winners and awarded a prize of CHF 50 in real money, credited to their Gaming Account Real Balance. For the following 11 months, the winning users will be awarded CHF 50 in real money credited to the Real Balance of their Gaming Account by the 7th working day of the month, provided that it is validated* and active (not closed, suspended or blocked) at the time of crediting. If the credit does not occur, please contact Customer Service to request the allocation.
At the end of the distribution of both prize pools, all participants will receive an information inbox. The winner of the draw will also receive an information inbox indicating the amount credited for each gift.
*Account validation means the transmission and complete validation by Swiss4Win of a valid identity document and proof of address. NB: accounts that are not validated within 30 days of registration will be disabled. Accounts can only be reactivated once they have been validated.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating in the promotion, the player unconditionally and fully accepts the rules and clauses contained in these regulations without limitation and agrees that they may be contacted by Swiss4Win.ch regarding the offer itself (e.g., as part of surveys or to request their opinion).
At any time, Swiss4Win.ch reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify or withdraw this promotion for reasons beyond its control. In such a case, players will be informed as soon as possible.
