On the swiss4win.ch gaming website, each player has the opportunity to win money by placing a monetary wager.
• Hereinafter, references to Swiss4Win shall be deemed to refer to Casinò Lugano, the owner of the Website and the rights connected therewith.
• All rights relating to Swiss4Win belong exclusively to Casinò Lugano. Casinò Lugano is regulated and supervised by the Swiss Federal Gaming Board (www.esbk.admin.ch) and holds Swiss licence no. 2023-A-11-E.
• As part of its marketing and promotional activities (hereinafter the “Promotions”), Swiss4Win may offer players who meet certain conditions specific advantages and benefits, awarded in the form of:

Promotion provisions

• Only persons who have reached the age of 18 and who are not subject to a gambling ban, restriction or exclusion under the Federal Gambling Act (LGD) and the Gambling Ordinance (OGD) are eligible to participate and receive any applicable prize.
• Promotions offered to the player may not be forwarded or transferred.
• To participate in a Promotion, the player must meet the requirements set out in the relevant Promotion rules.

Participation conditions

• Swiss4Win determines the conditions of the Promotions, in particular the type of Promotion, the validity period, the benefits, the participation criteria and the conditions for awarding the advantages and benefits, and transparently informs players through the published Promotion rules, which can be consulted on the Promotion details page and/or in the “My Bonuses” section of Swiss4win.ch.
• To participate in a promotional offer, if eligible, the player must perform the actions indicated in the Promotion rules (for example, make a deposit using a promotional code, or click the “Participate” button to enter a tournament, etc.).
• By participating in the Promotion, the player unconditionally and fully accepts the rules and clauses contained in the relevant rules without any limitation.
• By participating in the Promotion, the player agrees that Swiss4Win.ch may contact them regarding the offer itself (for example, in connection with surveys or to request their opinion).

Awarding timeframes

• For each promotional offer, the respective prizes are credited to the Gaming Account within a maximum of 10 days after the end of the Promotion, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion rules.
• Upon expiry of the 10-day period, the player may claim a prize that has not been awarded within the following 10 days, after which the prizes may no longer be claimed.

Revocation or modification

• Swiss4Win reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel active Promotions at any time, informing the players concerned. Such actions may result in the cancellation/modification of the respective prizes.
• Swiss4Win reserves the right to withdraw or withhold real-money offers, physical prizes, Bonuses and Free Spins and/or winnings generated from them if the latter have been credited erroneously or irregularities of any kind are detected in the player’s gaming behaviour.

Definition

• The Bonus is a free gaming credit awarded in CHF by crediting the corresponding amount to the Bonus Balance of the Gaming Account.
• This amount cannot be withdrawn directly, but may be used to play selected games without using the Real Balance, in accordance with the conditions and requirements established in the specific Promotion rules.

Awarding method

• If the player is offered Bonuses under different Promotions, only the Bonus from one Promotion may be obtained at a time (in the order in which each Promotion was joined), despite the possibility of participating in multiple Promotions simultaneously.
• Once the Bonus Balance has been depleted by playing the selected games of the Promotion, or converted into Real Balance by completing the Bonus wagering requirements indicated in the rules of the relevant Promotion and displayed in the Gaming Account, the Bonus for the Promotion joined subsequently will be activated, in the order in which the Promotions were joined.

Use of the Bonus

• Bonus credits may be played on the selection of games indicated in the details of the active Bonus in the “My Bonuses” section of Swiss4Win.ch.
• Bonus credits may be converted into real money (withdrawable). The conversion is subject to specific conditions.
• In particular, the so-called “wagering requirement” must be met, which requires a gaming volume equal to at least 30 times the value of the Bonus credit awarded (unless otherwise indicated in the specific rules).
• The wagering requirement may be met by playing one or more of the games indicated on the page of the relevant Promotion and listed in the details of the active Bonus.

• The player may check the status of the Bonus requirement at any time in their Gaming Account, on the “Bonus” page, in the “My Bonuses” section.
• Please note: each game category contributes differently to the calculation of the required gaming volume.
• This means, for example, that for a CHF 10 Bonus, in order to meet the wagering requirement, a gaming volume of at least CHF 300 must be generated by playing Slots (100% game contribution), whereas at least CHF 3’000 will be required if the player chooses to play at tables in the Live Casino (10% game contribution).
• The contribution (in %) by game category in relation to the applicable Bonus requirements is set out below, unless otherwise specified in the rules of the relevant Promotion:

Bet restrictions

• The following bets are considered invalid for the purpose of meeting the wagering requirement when playing with the Bonus (Bonus requirement):
  • “Coverage bets”: bets in which at least 60% or more of the available chances are covered.
  • Bets on “simple chances”: bets considered low risk. For example: bets on red and black, even and odd, and low numbers (1 – 18) and high numbers (19 – 36).
• This condition applies to Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Hi Lo and Roulette games played in Live or Automatic mode.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, Swiss4Win reserves the right to review every bet placed by the player, the holder of the Gaming Account, in order to verify that no bets have been placed that do not comply with the conditions established for meeting the Bonus requirement.
• If Swiss4Win identifies the above-mentioned bets, which are considered invalid for meeting the Bonus requirement, it reserves the right to block all winnings and withdrawals and, if necessary, to cancel the amount of the remaining Bonus credits and the winnings derived from Bonus play.

Validity period

• After 30 days from the crediting of the Bonus to the Gaming Account without completion of the wagering requirements (unless otherwise indicated in the specific rules or the Real Balance is withdrawn), the remaining Bonus credit will expire and be cancelled, including any Bonus winnings arising from it.
• Inability to access the Gaming Account (due to blocking, suspension, etc.) does not confer any right to recover a Bonus that has not yet expired.

Cancellation

• While playing with a Bonus, the Real Balance may be withdrawn at any time. However, withdrawing all or part of the Real Balance will result in the cancellation of any remaining Bonus Credit Balance and Bonus Winnings Balance.
• After accepting the Bonus, the player may cancel it independently at any time by going to the “My Bonuses” section within the Bonus page, selecting the Bonus they wish to cancel and clicking the “CANCEL BONUS” button.
• Furthermore, in all other cases where the active Bonus is cancelled before completion of the wagering requirements, the remaining Bonus gaming credits will be cancelled, together with any Bonus winnings arising from it.

Order of use of the different Balances

• While playing with a Bonus, bets are deducted from the Gaming Account in the following order:

• On Swiss4Win, Bonus credits (and Free Spins, if the mode is activated) take priority in play.
• If a Bonus is obtained, it will be credited to the Bonus Credit Balance.
• The first bet placed on a game for which the Bonus is active will be deducted from the Bonus Credit Balance.
• If a win is obtained, it replenishes the Bonus Credit Balance (up to the amount initially awarded); any excess amount, if any, is instead credited to the Bonus Winnings Balance. The next bet will be deducted from the Bonus Winnings Balance (if available); if the latter is zero, the bet will be deducted from the Bonus Credit Balance
• Once the Bonus Credit Balance and the Bonus Winnings Balance have been depleted, bets will be deducted from the Real Balance.

In the event of a “mixed” bet composed of Bonus Credit Balance credits and Real Balance, any winnings will be split proportionally and credited respectively to the Real Balance and the Bonus Winnings Balance, maintaining the same proportion as the composition of the bet.

• The standard Free Spin (also referred to as a Free Spin) consists of a free play on Slots for a preset amount that cannot be changed by the player.

Validity period

Order of use of the different Balances

Monetary value and availability

• The monetary value of physical prizes is indicated in the specific Promotion rules. The value is purely indicative and current as at the date of publication of the rules.
