REGULATIONS
Introduction
All users with a validated and active gaming account (not closed, suspended or blocked) may participate free of charge in the game “Score King by Swiss4Win”.
The promotion is available in the dedicated promotional area of the Swiss4Win website during the designated promotional periods.
By participating in the promotion, the user implicitly confirms that they have read and accepted these regulations and authorizes the receipt of informational communications related to the initiative and the allocation of any prizes.
Game rules
Each week (subject to any changes communicated in a timely manner on the promotional page), customers are offered one or more opportunities to submit free predictions related to sporting events selected by Swiss4Win from those available during the relevant period and indicated on the game card.
Participants may submit and, if necessary, modify their predictions within the deadlines indicated on the game card.
Entries are only valid if the user has submitted a prediction for each of the events listed on the game card. Incomplete entries will not be considered valid for the awarding of prizes.
In order to make the required predictions, the gaming account must comply with all the conditions described above (validated account, not closed, suspended or blocked); the update of these conditions may require a few minutes.
The outcome of predictions is determined based on the official results at the end of the regular time of sporting events, as published by the relevant authorities. Extra time, penalties, or any subsequent procedures are not taken into account.
In the event that the sporting event is postponed, the outcome of the prediction will be determined after the match has been played.
In the event that the sporting event is cancelled, the prediction will be considered void.
Cash prizes
Based on the outcome of the predictions made, winners earn the right to share a real-money prize pool, as indicated on the game card.
The prize pool is divided equally (rounded to CHF 0.10) among participants who correctly predict the minimum number of events indicated on the game card.
If one or more sporting events subject to the prediction are cancelled, the minimum number of correct predictions required to participate in the division of the prize pool will be reduced accordingly.
Redeeming cash prizes
The prize is paid as real money to the Real Balance of the winners’ Gaming Account within 72 working hours from the end of the last predicted sporting event.
The account must be validated, active (not closed, suspended or blocked) and without restrictions for Bonus/promotions at the time of the credit.
Account validation means the submission and full verification by Swiss4Win of a valid identity document as well as proof of a Swiss residential address.
If even one of these requirements is missing, the prize will not be credited and cannot be claimed later.
The recipients of the credit receive an informational inbox message regarding the payment.
If the credit is not made, please contact Customer Service to request the allocation.
Reservations
Swiss4Win reserves the right to withdraw or withhold real money offers and physical prizes if they have been credited by mistake or if irregularities of any kind are detected in the user’s gaming behaviour.
Swiss4Win reserves the right not to credit a prize if the win is the result of an obvious problem, an error or a technical malfunction of the Score King platform caused by human or machine error for any of the selected events.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating in the promotion, the player fully and unconditionally accepts the rules and clauses contained in these regulations without any limitation and agrees to be contacted by Swiss4Win.ch regarding the offer itself (for example as part of surveys or to request their opinion).
At any time, Swiss4Win.ch reserves the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this promotion for reasons beyond its control. In such cases, players will be informed as quickly as possible.
Only persons who have reached the age of 18 and are not subject to a gaming ban, limitation or exclusion from gambling in accordance with the Federal Act on Gambling (FGA) and the Gambling Ordinance (GO) are entitled to participate.
