How many times can players spin the wheel?
Each customer can spin the wheel up to 5 times per calendar day during the dedicated promotional periods.
How is the result of each spin determined?
The result of each spin is determined by a random number generator RNG, with equal winning probabilities for every player.
What are the points from the wheel used for?
The points collected from each spin count toward a weekly leaderboard running from Monday at 00:00 to Sunday at 23:59.
What prizes are available in the weekly leaderboard?
The top 20 players receive real-money prizes: CHF 50 for 1st place, CHF 30 for 2nd place, CHF 20 for 3rd place, CHF 10 for 4th to 9th place, CHF 5 for 10th to 15th place and CHF 2 for 16th to 20th place.
When are the prizes credited?
The prizes are credited to the Real Balance within 72 working hours after the leaderboard closes, provided that the gaming account is still verified and active at the time of crediting.
What happens in case of a tie in the leaderboard?
In case of a tie, the sum of the prizes for the affected positions is divided equally among the tied users.

REGULATIONS
All users with a verified and active gaming account* (not closed, suspended, or blocked) can participate for free in the “Swiss4Win Prize Wheel” game, available in the promotional area of the Swiss4Win website during dedicated promotional periods.
The game features a visual representation of a circular wheel divided into 11 segments, displaying the following outcomes: “100 Points” / “200 Points” / “300 Points” / “500 Points” / “800 Points” / “1’000 Points” / “1’200 Points” / “1’500 Points” / “2’000 Points” / “5’000 Points” / “0 Points”. The result of each spin is determined by a random number generator (RNG), ensuring equal winning probabilities for all players.
Each customer can spin the wheel up to 5 times per day. In order to make the scheduled spins, it is necessary that the game account meets all the conditions described above (validated*, not closed, not suspended and not blocked account); updating these conditions may take a few minutes.
Each spin allows the player to accumulate the points indicated on the segment obtained, which will count towards a weekly leaderboard, active from Monday at 00:00 to Sunday at 23:59.
For each leaderboard, the score of each participant is calculated as the sum of all points earned from all spins made during the valid period. At the end of each weekly period, the top 20 players, based on their total accumulated points, will receive the following real-money prizes (credited within 72 working hours after the leaderboard closes):
- 1st place: 50 CHF
- 2nd place: 30 CHF
- 3rd place: 20 CHF
- 4th-9th place: 10 CHF
- 10th-15th place: 5 CHF
- 16th-20th place: 2 CHF
Ex-aequo Management: In the event of a tie (multiple users in the same position), the total prize amount will be equally divided among the tied users. Example: If four users have the same score and occupy the top 4 positions, each will receive one-quarter of the total sum of the 4 prizes: (50+30+20+10)/4= 27.5 CHF. The remaining prizes will then be distributed starting from 5th place.
At the end of each week, scores will be reset, and players can start accumulating points again for the next week's leaderboard.
By participating in the promotion, the player formally agrees that any real-money prize will be credited to their Real Balance within 72 working hours after the promotion ends. Prizes will only be awarded to eligible users who have a verified and active gaming account* (not closed, suspended, or blocked) at the time of crediting.
Prize recipients will receive an inbox notification confirming the credit. If the credit is not received, they should contact Customer Support to claim their reward.
In general, in order to participate in the promotion and perform the scheduled wheel spins, you must have a game account that meets all the conditions described above (validated* account, not closed, not suspended and not blocked); updating these conditions may take a few minutes.
*The validation of the game account is understood to be the transmission of a valid identity document as well as proof of the address of residence by the player and their complete validation by Swiss4Win.
NB: the game account not validated within 30 days of registration will be disabled. Reactivation of the account is possible only after verification.
