How are real-money prizes credited?

Real-money prizes obtained through the Wheels are credited directly to the Real Money Balance of the Game Account, provided the account is validated and active at the time the prize is awarded.

Are there any restrictions or conditions for receiving prizes?

Only Game Accounts that are validated and active when prizes are awarded will receive the credit.

How long does it take for a real-money prize to be credited?

The prize is credited within 7 business days after the end of the month in which it was obtained. An Inbox message informs the Game Account holder once the credit has been applied.

How is a physical prize awarded?

If a physical prize is won, the Game Account holder is contacted to confirm whether they wish to receive the prize. Contact may be made by email, Inbox, phone, or Chat.

How long do I have to respond to accept a physical prize?

You must communicate your choice within 7 days through one of the contact channels provided by Swiss4Win. After this deadline, the prize offer is no longer valid.

Can I choose to receive cash instead of the physical prize?

Yes. You can choose between the physical prize won and the stated corresponding value, which will be credited as real money to your Game Account.

If I choose the cash value of a physical prize, when will it be credited?

The corresponding value will be credited to the Real Money Balance of the Game Account within 7 business days of confirming the choice.

What do I need to do if I choose to receive the physical prize?

A shipping address must be provided. Digital prizes, such as the Digitec-Galaxus Gift Card, are an exception and may be sent by email.

Can I exchange a physical prize for another product?

No. Physical prizes cannot be exchanged for other physical prizes at the player’s request. However, where permitted by the regulations, the corresponding value may be received as real money instead.
