REGULATIONS

In the promotional week, Swiss4win will select one or more promotion games (the promotional week is defined as starting Monday at 00:00 until Sunday at 23:59). Participation in the promotion is automatic for any user with a validated* Game Account who meets the criteria in the rules and plays the promotional game/games during the designated promotional period. The user may decline participation by contacting Customer Service.

Promotion will be structured on the following levels:

Level 1: Play CHF 20 with real balance and receive CHF 1 in Bonus credits
Level 2: play CHF 40 with real balance and receive CHF 2 in Bonus credits
Level 3: play CHF 60 with real balance and receive CHF 3 in Bonus credits
Level 4: play CHF 80 with real balance and receive CHF 4 in Bonus credits

By making real balance bets on the promotional game/games, each player will be able to participate in the promotion by completing a level in the predefined sequence and moving on to the next one. Each level can only be completed once. The player, during the promotional period, may complete one, two or all three levels and, for each level completed, receive the corresponding amount of Bonus Credits.

The calculation of bets on the promotional game/games during the promotional period is done cumulatively on the promotional game/games for each level. Once the level is completed and the player moves to the next level, the calculation restarts from zero. Bets made with Bonus Balance are not considered in the calculation.

Example: Player places bets with a total value of CHF 20 on the promoted game/games during the first promotional day and gets CHF 1 Bonus for completing level 1. After 3 days, also during the promotional period, the player places bets on the promotion game/games for CHF 40 and gets CHF 2 Bonus by completing level 2.

The Bonuses will be offered automatically by a pop-up message once a level is completed and the player can accept or decline the offer. In case the accepted Bonuses are not credited correctly, contact Customer Service to request the allocation.

Bonuses can be played on the selection of games indicated in the active Bonus details in the “My Bonuses” section of Swiss4Win.ch.

Regardless of the game chosen, the single maximum total wager made with Bonus credits, in a single game, is CHF 5. Before the Bonus can be withdrawn (converted to Real Balance), the Bonus is subject to a requirement of 30 times the amount of the Bonus attainable by playing the respective games selected for play of the Bonus credits and consulted in the details of the active Bonus.

*The validation of the game account is understood to be the transmission of a valid identity document as well as proof of the address of residence by the player and their complete validation by Swiss4Win.
