Training for the Future: Skills and Cultures to Evolve Together 29.05.2025
A training program that brings together strategy, leadership and personal growth
As we approach the end of the second consecutive year of the training program developed in collaboration between the Casino Lugano – for the Swiss4Win team – and SUPSI (University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland), we are proud to present the results of an initiative that has successfully combined innovation, organizational well-being and human capital development.
The course, titled "Training for the Future: Skills and Cultures to Evolve Together", has proven to be a powerful catalyst for both individual and collective growth. It was not just technical training, but an immersive experience that explored the most relevant strategic levers for operating effectively in a complex and hyperconnected market like the online gaming sector.
As stated by Paolo Sanvido, CEO of Casino Lugano:
“I’m thrilled about this training program delivered by Casino Lugano and SUPSI for the Swiss4Win employees, our online brand. The program focuses on raising awareness of one’s role within a collaborative business dynamic and includes modules such as Strategy and Impact, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Effective Communication and Negotiation. We are committed to developing key skills like strategic thinking and the ability to navigate change—essential in a constantly evolving environment.”
Eight modules, each with a highly practical focus and led by internationally renowned professionals and lecturers, guided participants through key topics:
- Self-leadership and awareness of one’s role
- Responsible and ethical leadership
- Strategy and impact
- Collective intelligence and cross-functional collaboration
- Problem solving and decision making
- Change management and strategic thinking
- Effective communication, negotiation and influence
- Workshop: “The value we bring: thoughts, proposals, directions”
An outstanding faculty – including Claudio Luraschi, Emmanuel Toniutti, Fernando Alberti, Xavier Bronlet, Alberto Gandolfi, Ingrid Hollweck, Eliana Stefanoni and Victor Blazquez – gave voice to a multidisciplinary approach, integrating advanced management tools with systemic vision and focus on soft skills.
Victor Blazquez, Head of Continuing Education in Management, Human Resources and Economics, commented:
“This training provided techniques and concepts that can be used in real-world work situations; at the same time, participants worked on self-awareness to understand how to apply what they learned collaboratively, achieving real impact and value.”
The initial results are tangible: a more cohesive work environment, greater flexibility in dealing with change, and a new awareness of each person’s role in creating value—for the organization and for the end customer.
This joint training represents not just an investment in knowledge, but a real commitment to excellence, sustainability and innovation. A virtuous example of how academia and the business world can collaborate successfully to generate real impact.
We look forward to seeing the fruits of this program in the coming months and to continuing to grow with our colleagues, promoting a collaborative approach where leadership, personal development and communication are the key ingredients for creating value—today and tomorrow.
