REGULATIONS

In the promotional week, Swiss4win will select one or more promotion games (the promotional week is defined as starting Monday at 00:00 until Sunday at 23:59). Participation in the promotion is automatic for any user with a validated* Game Account who meets the criteria in the rules and plays the promotional game/games during the designated promotional period. The user may decline participation by contacting Customer Service.

Promotion will be structured on the following levels:

Level 1: Play CHF 20 with real balance and receive 10 Free Spins
Level 2: play CHF 40 with real balance and receive 20 Free Spins
Level 3: play CHF 100 with real balance and receive 70 Free Spins

By making real balance bets on the promotional game/games, each player will be able to participate in the promotion by completing a level in the predefined sequence and moving on to the next one. Each level can only be completed once. The player, during the promotional period, may complete one, two or all three levels and, for each level completed, receive the corresponding amount of Free Spins.

The calculation of bets on the promotional game/games during the promotional period is done cumulatively on the promotional game/games for each level. Once the level is completed and the player moves to the next level, the calculation restarts from zero. Bets made with Bonus Balance are not considered in the calculation.

Example: Player places bets with a total value of CHF 20 on the promoted game/games during the first promotional day and gets 10 Free Spins for completing level 1. After 3 days, also during the promotional period, the player places bets on the promotion game/games for CHF 40 and gets 20 Free Spins by completing level 2.

The Free Spins will be offered automatically by a pop-up message once a level is completed and the player can accept or decline the offer. In case the accepted Free Spins are not credited correctly, contact Customer Service to request the allocation.

Free Spins can be played on the selection of games indicated in the active Bonus details in the “My Bonuses” section of Swiss4Win.ch.

Free Spins are valid for 7 days from the time they are awarded.

Once you have played a Free Spin, if you win, it will be momentarily credited to the Bonus Balance of your Game Account. It should be noted that only the winnings generated by such play will be credited (less the value of the Free Spin (the bet made)).

Once all Free Spins have been used in the game, the winnings obtained from them will be automatically transferred from the Bonus Balance to the Real Balance of the Game Account. In the event that all Free Spins are not used within the time limit, the remaining Free Spins and winnings from Free Spins not yet converted into the Real Balance will be cancelled and can no longer be recovered.

*The validation of the game account is understood to be the transmission of a valid identity document as well as proof of the address of residence by the player and their complete validation by Swiss4Win.
NB: the game account not validated within 30 days of registration will be disabled. Reactivation of the account is possible only after verification.
