Casino Hold'em is a casino poker variant based on Texas Hold'em, in which the player competes directly against the house rather than other players at the table. The game uses a standard 52-card deck and features a hand made up of the player's two hole cards and the five community cards.
The game begins with an Ante bet. The dealer deals two cards to the player and two cards to themselves, then the five community cards are revealed progressively. After the Flop, the player can choose whether to continue with a Call bet equal to twice the Ante or fold the hand.
The final hand is determined by the best five-card combination available from the seven cards. The result is compared with the dealer's qualifying hand to determine the outcome of the game.
Casino Hold'em features a digital poker table inspired by traditional casinos, with positions dedicated to the player and dealer and a central area for the five community cards. The interface highlights the different stages of the hand and the options available to the player.
The game uses a standard 52-card deck, divided into four suits: hearts, diamonds, clubs and spades.
Poker combinations follow the traditional ranking, from high card to Royal Flush.
Sound effects accompany the dealing of the cards, the player's decisions and the determination of the hand result. The interface also uses audio signals to highlight the different stages of the game.
Casino Hold'em uses a game structure based on the player's decisions after the initial card deal. In addition to the Ante bet and the subsequent Call, the table may feature an optional Bonus bet that is evaluated based on the player's final hand.

| Flop | After the initial deal | Reveals the first three community cards | 3 community cards |
| Turn | After the Call | Adds a community card | 4th community card |
| River | After the Turn | Completes the board | 5th community card |
| Bonus | Optional bet before the hand | Can award an additional payout based on the player's hand | Availability and paytable depend on the table configuration |
After all five community cards are revealed, the best possible hand is determined for both the player and the dealer. The dealer must achieve a qualifying hand for the Ante component of the hand to be settled according to the game's relevant conditions.
Hands are ranked according to the standard poker hierarchy: High Card, One Pair, Two Pair, Three of a Kind, Straight, Flush, Full House, Four of a Kind, Straight Flush, and Royal Flush.
If the player's hand beats the dealer's, the Call bet is settled according to the respective payout table and the Ante follows the conditions set by the game. In the event of a tie, the hand is considered a Push and the relevant bets are returned according to the table rules.
Casino Hold'em adapts the main rules of Texas Hold'em into a casino format where the confrontation takes place directly between the player and the dealer. The five community cards, dealt through the Flop, Turn, and River, allow players to build the best possible hand using the available cards.
The choice between Call and Fold after the Flop represents the main decision-making element of the game. The structure can also include an optional Bonus bet, evaluated based on the final combination achieved by the player.
