REGULATIONS

Users with a validated Game Account* who receive the notification and place total bets with Real Balance of at least CHF 20 within 10 days of receiving it will receive a free gift of CHF 10 in real money.

Once total bets equal to or greater than CHF 20 have been placed, the player will receive a pop-up message and an inbox confirming that the requirement has been successfully completed.

The real money gift will be credited to the user's Game Account within 48 working hours of the requirement being completed. The user will be informed of the credit via inbox. If the credit does not appear, please contact Customer Service to request it.

Only users with a validated* and active Game Account at the time of crediting (not closed, suspended, or blocked) will be awarded CHF 10 in real money, credited to the Real Balance of the Game Account.

*The validation of the game account is understood to be the transmission of a valid identity document as well as proof of the address of residence by the player and their complete validation by Swiss4Win.
NB: the game account not validated within 30 days of registration will be disabled. Reactivation of the account is possible only after verification.

By participating in the promotion, the player unconditionally and fully accepts the rules and clauses contained in these regulations without limitation and agrees that they may be contacted by Swiss4Win.ch regarding the offer itself (e.g., as part of surveys or to request their opinion).

At any time, Swiss4Win.ch reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify or withdraw this promotion for reasons beyond its control. In such a case, players will be informed as soon as possible.
