REGULATIONS
All players with a validated Gaming Account\* who make a deposit of at least CHF 10 using the special promotional code during the promotional period (from 00:00 to 23:59) will participate in a random draw for 5 official adult FC Sion jerseys. The player must enter the promotional code in the dedicated section by clicking the “Do you have a promotional code?” button on the deposit page.
The number of participants in the promotion is limited to 1'000 people. Each player has only one opportunity to participate. The date of the deposit will apply for the purpose of this limitation.
Once the deposit has been made, the player will receive an informative pop-up message and an Inbox message confirming participation in the promotion.
By 10.12.2026, the random draw will be carried out to select the 5 players who will win the official jerseys.
The draw will be carried out using an independent and documented RNG mechanism: all participants with a validated* Gaming Account that is active at the time of the draw (not closed, suspended or blocked) will be randomly arranged in a ranking, and the first 5 players in the ranking will be declared winners and awarded the physical prize.
The Gaming Account holder will receive an Email from Customer Service to confirm their willingness to receive the physical prize. The player may also be contacted via Inbox, telephone or Chat.
The player will have 7 days to respond through the contact channels provided by Swiss4Win (Email, Inbox or Chat), confirming whether or not they accept the prize and providing the shipping address. Once this deadline has expired, the offer can no longer be considered valid. Physical prizes may not under any circumstances be replaced with other physical prizes at the player’s request. Furthermore, the player may not make any claims in relation to them.
By accepting the physical prize within the specified deadline, the player automatically gives consent to the processing of personal data (first name, surname, shipping address) in order to enable the purchase and shipping service. Alternatively, the player may collect the jersey directly from the FC Sion stadium (Stade de Tourbillon, Rue des Echutes 38, 1950 Sion) upon presentation of a valid identity document.

Casinò Lugano SA accepts no liability for any damage caused by the physical prizes, nor for transportation, non-receipt, delivery delays, any damage occurring during transportation, or the total or partial loss of the prizes. In such cases, the player is not entitled to any compensation or replacement benefit.

*Validation of the Gaming Account means the submission and complete validation by Swiss4Win of a valid identity document as well as proof of residential address. NB: a Gaming Account that is not validated within 30 days of registration will be disabled. The account can only be reactivated once it has been validated.
