REGULATIONS
All players with a validated* Game Account can participate in the Free Spins Giveaway promotion by placing bets with Real Balance totaling at least CHF 20 on the selection of slot games indicated in the active Bonus details in the “My Bonuses” section of Swiss4Win.ch during the promotional event (from 00:00 to 23:59 on promotional days). The promotion involves a division (giveaway) of a prize of 6'000 Free Spins among all participants.
Once the first bet is placed on one of the promotional games, the player will receive an informative
pop-up message about the promotion. Upon reaching the total wager of CHF 20 made with Real Balance, the player will receive an additional popup informing of the correct eligibility for the prize pool split.
It is always possible to decline participation by sending the respective communication to Customer Service. Each player has only one chance to participate.
The following actions will be carried out by the 3rd working day following the end of the promotion:
Within the 3rd business day following the end of the promotion, the prize pool of 6'000 Free Spins will be awarded and divided equally among all promotion participants. Individual amounts will be rounded up to the nearest 1 Free Spin. Only participants with validated* and active Game Accounts at the time of the split (not closed, suspended or locked) will be considered eligible. Players will be rewarded with a prize of Free Spins, credited to the Free Spins Balance of the Game Account. In case they are not credited correctly, contact Customer Service to request the award.
Upon completion of the disbursement of the prize, all participants will receive an informational inbox.
The Free Spins can be played on the selection of games indicated in the active Bonus details in the “My Bonuses” section of Swiss4Win.ch. The Free Spins are
valid for 7 days from the time of allocation.
Once you have played a Free Spin, if you win, it will be momentarily credited to the Bonus Balance of
your Game Account. It should be noted that only the winnings generated by such play will be credited
(less the value of the Free Spin (the bet made)).
Once all Free Spins have been used in the game, the winnings obtained from them will be automatically
transferred from the Bonus Balance to the Real Balance of the Game Account. In the event that all Free
Spins are not used within the time limit, the remaining Free Spins and winnings from Free Spins not yet
converted into the Real Balance will be cancelled and can no longer be recovered.
*The validation of the game account is understood to be the transmission of a valid identity document as
well as proof of the address of residence by the player and their complete validation by
Swiss4Win.
NB: the game account not validated within 30 days of registration will be disabled. Reactivation of the
